Your beef half or whole will be cut according to the way You want it. Quarters are standard cuts with a nice variety of steaks, roasts, burger, stew meat, etc.

BEEF WHOLE, HALVES AND QUARTERS

*WHOLE OR HALF GRASS FED BEEF:

Based on hanging weight, usually 200-350 lbs. Cut to your specifications.

$4.69 per pound. $200 deposit for half beef and $400 deposit for whole beef required, balance due upon pickup.

*If a half or whole is purchase but is split into quarters then the quarter price applies.

 

QUARTER GRASS FED BEEF:

Based on hanging weight, usually 100-175 lbs.

$4.79 per pound. $100 deposit required, balance due upon pickup.

 All processing costs are included. Your beef will be cut, wrapped and frozen for you to pick up.

 

20 POUND BEEF PACKS

INCLUDES:

4 lbs of gourmet, choice steaks; variety from rib steaks, t-bone steaks, filet mignon or top sirloin steaks

6-7 lbs boneless roasts; two roasts from sirloin tip, rump or top round roasts

10 lbs of extra lean ground beef

$160.00

$75 deposit, balance due upon pickup
